Harrogate Mental Health Handbook

The guide is for adults, aged 18 and above who experience mental distress, their families and carers, workers in the field of mental health and anyone interested in mental health. The purpose of the handbook is to provide a resource guide to the range of advice, help and information that is available both locally and nationally.

This is a guide for young people aged 8, 9 and 10. It provides information on various issues and advice about where to turn for help.

North Yorkshire Countryside Directory for People with Disabilities
Open Country have just launched the revised edition. The directory was put together by people with a disability for people with a disability, though the places and information included will be useful to anyone. The directory is available online at www.opencountry.org.uk as well as being available in paper copies.
Open Country are always looking for volunteers who access the countryside to help compile directories and to keep them up to date.
